High Temp Stainless Steel Data Logger, Model 20616
This High Temperature Stainless Steel Data Logger is an easy-to-use device for high temperature applications. This data logger has a 24" flexible silicone rubber enclosed cable with a 4" stainless steel probe allowing users to penetrate products at a distance from the logger body. It automatically records temperatures between -40°F and 302°F (-40°C and 150°C) and it has an operating environment of -40°F and 302°F (-40°C and 150°C) and 0% to 100% RH. Both this data logger and model 20615 can both be used in harsh environments such as retort, sterilization and autoclave validation. They can also be used in chill blast tunnels, food processing and flash freezing for prepared and processed foods.
