High Temp Stainless Steel Data Logger, Model 20615
This Stainless Steel Data Logger is a reusable, compact and easy-to-use device for high temperature applications. This data logger features a 2" rigid external probe with fast response time, ensuring accurate temperature readings. Battery powered, it automatically records temperatures between -40°F and 302°F (-40°C and 150°C) and it has an operating environment of -40°F and 302°F (-40°C and 150°C) and 0% to 100% RH. Model 20615 is a rugged, submersible temperature data logger. This data logger is ideal for use in harsh environments such as retort, sterilization and autoclave validation. It can also be used in food processing, flash freezing and chill blast tunnels for prepared and processed foods.
